Development is at the heart of NMI, who are continually looking for ways to improve their products and processes. A lot of the products that NMI offer have been born through collaborations with Converters and End Users alike. Manufacturing all products at their site in Stevenage allows NMI to adapt products to customer’s needs.
When it comes to development, NMI begin this process by consulting with Ambulance Trusts and Private Ambulance companies to get their feedback on their product and note any improvements that can be made to better suit the needs of the customer. Creating a lighter and more practical design, is one of the ways where NMI uses the feedback effectively. Any adaptations or improvements to the products are then tested to the European Standard, allowing NMI and customers to feel satisfied that they have a fully tested and secure product.
