Smartfloor – Innovative Aluminium Vehicle Flooring System

Smartfloor is a precision-engineered aluminium flooring system designed to bond seamlessly to the floor of a vehicle. Its modular design, composed of interlocking aluminium extrusions, enables quick and efficient installation while providing a strong, flat foundation.

One of the key benefits of Smartfloor is its rapid installation time, supported by extensive testing across a wide range of vehicle chassis. This comprehensive testing is documented and available for reference in our compatibility matrix.

The system’s aluminium tracking is easily inserted into the chosen extrusion and secured in place. Should the tracking become worn or damaged over time, it can be simply removed and replaced—significantly extending the vehicle’s lifespan and preserving its resale value.

Smartfloor is fully crash-tested to M1 standards and meets EEC regulations for vehicle conversions. It is certified for use across a broad spectrum of panel van minibuses and selected coach-built chassis.

By fitting Smartfloor, you eliminate the need to test equipment individually in each base vehicle. The system is compatible with a variety of seating and mobility solutions, including NMI Millennium seat fittings, T-bolt fixings, trolley locks, wheelchair restraints, and integrated passenger headrest and backrest supports—all of which have been thoroughly tested within the Smartfloor system.
